What does the final product look like?

It's a full-color hardcover book, approximately 24 pages long, with illustrations on most pages. During checkout, you can choose the book format—either 7×10 inches or 8.5×11 inches.

What age group is the book best suited for?

The stories are designed for early readers, typically elementary school children. That said, kids of any age—and even adults—can enjoy the tales. If your child's age is important to how the story is crafted, feel free to include it in the questionnaire.

What content can or cannot be included in the story?

We can include anything that’s appropriate for a young audience. We avoid violence and adult themes. Occasionally, traditional elements like knights with swords may appear, but we generally favor magic and whimsical adventure over weapons. We also cannot include any copyrighted characters or content (e.g., movie superheroes).

How much does it cost?

The first printed copy costs between $129 and $149, depending on the selected format. Additional copies range from $29 to $49 each.

Why would I want to purchase more than one copy of the book?

Many families choose to order extra copies for grandparents, godparents, or other relatives who will cherish the story just as much as the child. It’s also a thoughtful keepsake for close family friends. Additionally, if you're celebrating your child’s birthday, handing out a copy of the book to each guest is a unique and memorable party favor that turns the occasion into something truly magical.

How long does it take to create and deliver the book?

After you submit the completed questionnaire, we’ll display an estimated delivery time on your Project Home page—typically 1–2 weeks to create your preview. Once payment is made, printing and delivery take approximately 3 more weeks. If you’re ordering for a specific event (like a birthday or holiday), we recommend placing your order 2 months in advance to be safe.

How much detail should I provide in the questionnaire?

Please give us enough information—and clear photos—to portray your child in a recognizable and meaningful way. The more interesting facts you share, the better our chances of crafting a truly unique and magical story. Most questionnaire fields are optional, but filling out more of them will always help.

How does the payment process work once the preview is ready?

We use Stripe, a secure and trusted third-party payment processor. Your credit card information is handled directly by Stripe—we never store or access it.

What if my child wants a sequel?

Just let us know it’s a sequel in the “Other relevant facts or stories” field or by emailing us. We’ll try to locate your previous order using your email address. You’re welcome to skip the questionnaire if nothing has changed—but if there are new fun facts, we’d love to hear them! As a returning customer, you’ll also get 10% off your entire order.
